  1. Until it hits home, you never understand the sacrifice men and women, who are sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, and friends make for us. They keep watch so that we can enjoy the luxuries of peace and freedom in our backyard. Ofren was my nephew Eric Daugherty's (who also serves his country proudly) best friend. This loss has affected so many people and we are praying for the family and friends he leaves behind. You served your country and your family well, Ofren, and we are so thankful that you loved us and your country! God bless you!
