Six dead British soldiers named by MoD

The British Ministry of Defence has released the names of six British soldiers killed in action, following an attack on their Warrior armoured vehicle on 6th March 2012 in Helmand.

The names released are: Sergeant Nigel Coupe, aged 33, 1st Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment

The five soldiers from 3rd Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment are: Corporal Jake Hartley (20), Private Anthony Frampton (20), Private Christopher Kershaw (19), Private Daniel Wade (20), and Private Daniel Wilford (21).

  1. I pray that they are all recovered and returned home to their familys. Thank you for your contributions to the war on terror. A sacrifice that must be given in order to keep these evil people at bay. God be with them and their families.

  2. God Bless these young men. Prayers for them and their loved ones. Never forgotten for their service. Only hoping they're not dead and will somehow come back.
