US Navy Petty Officer First Class Paris S. Pough, age 40, from Columbus, Georgia, died on 17th February 2012 during a port visit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
PO Pough, a hull technician, was assigned to the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), home-ported in San Diego, California which was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.
